I am no longer shuffling around with paper pick lists. I follow the app, pick & scan in items, print labels & take QC images all in the same app. All the activity is logged on the dashboard, so I don’t have to make any notes on sheets. It has made the process easier, quicker and more accurate. I am now ready to take on more orders!
The bags for orders are all clearly labelled and placed in numbered totes during picking. I simply follow the app to load the right orders for my route. I don’t have to worry about missing bags and am finished with my van loading a lot more quickly. That means we can get to customers sooner and complete deliveries earlier
The Dashboard gives a real time view of the status of orders, I can see the picking status of each order expected to go out without leaving my desk. If an order has an issue, I can check the audit log and review what happened during picking. The performance metrics are useful in tracking how pickers are getting on and aids with training and upskilling
The dashboard contains all activity for the order picking, it includes images of the items sent to customers. If a customer has a query about the items received, I can use the dashboard to check what was sent out and can easily aid in getting queries resolved for the customer
